My background is in Thai Massage, which I studied in India in 2018 and have practiced in three countries. I combine this with other Eastern modalities, such as cupping and guasha, with Sports Massage and physiotherapy to ease pain, straighten the spine, and calm the mind.
Rooted in movement, my sessions blend dynamic stretching with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and breathwork. This provides lasting benefits that treat the muscles, skeleton, and soft tissue as one.

Mobility coaching is customized to YOU, YOUR body, and YOUR goals. We work together to embrace mindful movement utilizing a blend of yoga asana, supported poses, mobility drills, and more.
These sessions are done virtually and a personalized program will be created for you to do on your own between meetings.
